Municipal Codes
The Town of Disney municipal codes has been enacted to establish clear and consistent guidelines for the residents of Disney, businesses operating or intending to operate in Disney, and contractors and other professionals working in Disney.
The municipal governs development, requires care of personal property, and implements the goals and plans outlined in the city's general plan.
Municipal Committee Meetings
The Town of Disney Planning and Zoning Committee meets quarterly. Please check with the Town office for the next meeting date.
The Disney Revitalization Committee also meets quarterly. Please check with town hall for the next meeting date and time.
Permit Info and Payment Links
Event permits are required for any business wanting to sell food or products at a Disney event. The cost of the permit is $50 for a single event or $100 to cover all events for the calendar year.
Businesses operating within the Town of Disney are required to pay an annual business permit fee of $25 per calendar year. Click the link below to access the payment form.
